HOW TO CHOOSE A PHOTO

Please note, it is very important to choose the best photo possible. The better quality your photo is, the more detailed your painting will be. But feel free to ask anything you'd like to adjust on your photo.

PROCESS TIME AND SHIPPING

Your order will be handed out to the shipping service provider within 5 business days after receiving your image. We provide a preview before producing your order and your edits may increase time to produce your kit. We will wait for 24 hours for your confirmation before we pack your order. Please note, if your order shows Pre-Transit status after label was created, it means that it is in the USPS sorting facility. Some parcels take longer to be delivered which may result in unexpected delay. We are not responsible for delivery delays.
